Running has become a huge part of my life and in a sense sets my day-to-day schedule. One of its main attractions is how it clears my mind once I start, and leaves me feeling relaxed afterwards; any negative thoughts and feelings disappear after a run. Running also provides a sense of freedom as I run further and further away from my starting point. But as I return to my starting point, there is this welcome feeling.
