Affirmative Action

It can be debated that Affirmative Action should or should not be eliminated. I believe that affirmative Action Should not be eliminated but I also believe that it has cons. It Levels out the playing field and give more opportunities for people. With the favoring of those who get discriminated by the backgrounds or their gender, it gives different groups more opportunities in equality. But to a certain point affirmative action should not be used. What Affirmative Action Does is give those who are discriminated a chance just like everybody else which opens many other doors and opportunities. But affirmative action should be used as a means of looking upon the person and not their backgrounds. Jobs and Colleges should use affirmative action in a scenario of which the individual themselves have accomplished much great doing compared to the background in which they came from. It should be used as a choice of good moral and hard work that the individual had to do in order to get to where they are. Affirmative Actions Balances out favoritism and the sanctuary of the grades and resumes needed to get the job or to be in the schools. Affirmative Action should not be eliminated but be used as a helpful resource in those who are discriminated for their backgrounds but have great potential.
