Galiba Affirmative Action

I do not believe that Affirmative Action should be eliminated. The entire purpose of Affirmative Action is to level the playing field between the minority group and majority group. Since those people within the minority group usually happen to be people of color Affirmative Action tends to look at the race of someone. Due to this very reason many believe that Affirmative Action is one form of reverse racism, that by enforcing Affirmative Actions people would be more likely to choose black or Hispanic people over white people. However I do not believe that this is reverse racism because Affirmative Action's purpose is to provide those within the minority group with some sort of privilege. Not only that but it is not like colleges of jobs are out rightly continuously rejecting every single white person who tries to join the college or job. There is still a quota to fill in order to try not to discriminate against any particular group. Not only to say that after decades of slavery, there needs to be some sort of way to support those who are struggling due to the past legacy of slavery. It is because of all these reasons that I believe affirmative action should not be eliminated.
